Panoff Consulting is a distinquished Swiss Boutique consultancy, forged through the collaborative efforts of four partners with CxO experience. They have combined their expertise in the areas of Automotive Retail, Service Automation and Transformation Management.

Ralph Panoff

Changes at and in companies only work if all the people working in the company – and especially the managers – focus on jointly developing and practicing the necessary skills and systematically implementing change.
The business world is undergoing a comprehensive, challenging and unprecedented transformation process. On the one hand due to technological developments, but also due to changing social norms, values and forms of collaboration. Shaping this transformation is the greatest motivation for me to create and experience new things together with people and companies.

Dr. Alexander Falkenberg

Dr. Alexander Falkenberg is actively engaged especially in the areas of corporate strategy, corporate recovery, restructuring and turnaround. Alexander executed Private Equity, M&A and financing transactions with a volume of more than $30 billion and was Chief Investment Officer of an investment firm with a portfolio value of more than $3 billion. Previously, he was with the Investment Banking Divisions of Goldman Sachs in London and Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in Zurich and London. Alexander received his doctorate from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pittsburgh (United States) and a Diplom-Kaufmann from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel (Germany).

My professional passion lies in the successful management of major transformation projects, based on my many years of experience as an IT manager and my expertise in the management of post-merger projects.

Having grown up in the Swiss mountains, I feel connected to nature, which gives me the strength to face the daily challenges of the consulting business.

I support our consultants who work on site with clients and ensure that our administrative work runs smoothly. I also support the recruitment of new colleagues and ensure that we come together regularly as a team and maintain our values in terms of internal solidarity.
