If your application is rejected, your application documents will be stored by us for a further 6 months due to the potential possibility of legal action under the General Equal Treatment Act (Section 15 (4) AGG) and then deleted or anonymised. In the event of anonymisation, the data will then only be available to us as so-called metadata without direct personal reference for statistical evaluations (e.g. proportion of women or men, number of applications in a certain period, etc.).
